“I developed a leak in the bathroom toilet line after business hours. I was literally standing over it with pots to contain the water and blankets and towels to try to aborb the water. I live in a condo bldg and I was so concerned that the water would drip through to the downstairs neighbors or damage the floor boards to a great degree. Planet Plumbing and Drain Boulder saved the situation with extraordinary skill and grace. They did not have access to the main shut off and could not work until that was done. We could not get a response to many calls of panic to the property manager for the building. Planet Plumbing got in touch with the city and had them come out for an emergency shut off. Then they did the repairs. We did not finish up until after midnight but Don was very calm and gracious through an extraordinarily difficult situation.
